Products purchased at the company’s sales website are allowed to be returned and exchanged within 3 days (from the date you receive the goods).

Product exchange conditions

• Defective products due to manufacturer: incorrect products, peeling stamps, damaged products, sunken products, …
• Company sales or receipts are required.

Return

• Refund in cash if you come to exchange/return directly at CHAVI Showroom.
• Exchange products of the same type or other products of CHAVI.
